Jakie dane i po co

Podstawa prawna: zgoda rodzica lub opiekuna (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO) oraz wykonanie usługi, o którą rodzic prosi (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).

Gdzie przechowujemy dane

Do czasu usunięcia konta albo profilu dziecka.

Przysługuje też skarga do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

Kontakt i regulamin

Pytania o dane i prośby (np. o kopię lub usunięcie danych): kontakt@okomemo.com. Zasady korzystania z aplikacji opisuje regulamin.

Privacy policy (English)

The app works without an account; then all of the child's data stays on this device only. Only a parent or legal guardian can create an account, using their email. In the cloud we store the parent's email, the date of consent and settings, plus the child's nickname, grade and exercise results and the study material typed in by the parent or child (test titles, spelling words, facts, poems, lists; please don't enter surnames or addresses there), solely to sync progress across the family's devices and, if enabled, to send a weekly report to the parent. No ads, no data sales, no tracking. Data is stored in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt). Vercel, Resend and Supabase are US companies; the weekly report email (sent by Resend) contains the child's nickname and a progress summary. Parents can delete a child's profile or the whole account and all cloud data themselves in the app at any time. Anonymous technical error reports (no names, emails or results) help us fix bugs. Once a parent is signed in (or turns it on), the app sends one anonymous row per day with no identifier of any kind (grade, language, day since start, minutes, whether the daily plan was done) so we can tell whether kids keep coming back; parents can turn this off in Settings. Vercel and Resend are US companies; transfers rely on EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Controller: [name, address]. Contact: kontakt@okomemo.com.
